Rollins Tosses 1-0 Shutout Wednesday, April 16th , 1913 The Buffalo Electrics were almost helpless today in their 1-0 loss to the Indianapolis Stars and hurler Ted Rollins. Rollins kept the Electrics confused all game, spinning a 5-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Rollins," Buffalo manager Albert Smith said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 25-year-old right-hander had 1 walk and 1 strikeout in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Rollins said.
