Right-hander Rosario Allen mesmerized the Portland Rosebuds while leading the Seattle Sawyers to a 1-0 victory. Allen picked up the win for Seattle, going 8.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 4-3. Frederic Sackett got the save, his 1st in 1 chances.

John Eglinton made it 1-0, in favor of Seattle when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with two out in the top of the ninth. The Sawyers went on to win.
