Lions Earn Late 4-3 Win
The Los Angeles Lions took San Francisco pitcher Aaron Keynes's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Lions Park. The final score had Los Angeles getting past the Spots, 4-3. Keynes went 6 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 3. Losses have been few and far between for the Spots, now 14-6.

The Lions got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Sylveste Brummitt. In the bottom of the 15th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Lions.

"If I do my job, we've usually got a good chance to win the game," said Brummitt.
