Electrics Take Tight Tangle
The Buffalo Electrics wiggled past the New York Black Kings, 3-2, in 10 innings at Niagara Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Buffalo pitcher Fred Kendall. Kendall, who is on pace to win 21 games this season, went the distance for Buffalo. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. With the win, Buffalo raised its record to 65-50.

The decisive blow was delivered by John Myers in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 27-year old right-handed pitcher George Augustus to win the game for Buffalo. The home crowd went nuts.

"I was able to fill up the zone," said Kendall.
