Robinson Lifts Rollers to Win
|
The Pittsburgh Rollers scooped up a win at The Race Track, dumping the New York Black Kings, 4-2. Harrison Robinson, who finished 4th in the GNL in wins with 15 last year, was essential to his team's success. The win makes Pittsburgh 57-38.
Robinson allowed 2 runs on 3 hits over 9 innings for the Rollers. He walked 0 and struck out 2.
In comments to the Pittsburgh Times, Robinson admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
