The Race Track was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Pittsburgh Rollers and Indianapolis Stars.

Pittsburgh Rollers starter Vic West pitched a strong game against the Indianapolis Stars at The Race Track, leading the Rollers to victory, 4-3. West, who is tied for 6th in the GNL in strikeouts with 77, went the distance for Pittsburgh. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits.

Don Hollins helped out the Pittsburgh cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the third baseman went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We think we're a good team overall, so we're not too surprised to win today," said Hollins.
