The Buffalo Electrics topped the Cleveland Black Cats, 4-2, with center fielder John Myers playing a big role. Myers went 2-3 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Electrics in the win. With the win, the Electrics sit at 39-38.

The game turned with two out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Myers hit a bases-clearing double off Clarence Byas. It propelled the Electrics into the lead, 4-1.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said Myers, "one at-bat at a time."
