Alphonso Harris had the Buffalo Electrics dancing to his tune during a sparkling 5-0 shutout performance for the Cleveland Black Cats. He gave up 8 hits, issued 2 walks and had 4 strikeouts.

Buffalo hitters were bewildered throughout the game by his delivery.

"When you face a guy who hides the ball like he does, it takes a couple of at-bats to try to find his release point," opposing manager Harry Thompson said. "We just never figured him out."
