Rican Owner Succumbs to Illness, Son Jorge Takes Over
Sunday, March 19th , 2034
Reberto Clemente, owner of the Rican Rockets, has passed away. He succumbed to a longtime illness yesterday. The sad news was announced today at a press conference in Rican. His son, Jorge Clemente, will take over the ownership of the team. He is said to be a understanding character with a fiscal personality of controlling.

David Maestre has made major improvements to his durability this offseason

David Maestre and coaching staff agreed that this offseason it would be more beneficial for him to prioritize strength and durability over skill refinement. As such, he dedicated his winter to working on a comprehensve strength and conditioning program, focused on building a foundation to allow him to better endure the rigors of a full season.
His offseason program combined strength conditioning, mobility exercises, and injury prevention strategies. David Maestre made incredible improvements to his physical resilience, clearly evident as he showed up for spring training. He also reworked his recovery techniques to help maintain his strength during the season, when the focus will be far more on on-field performance than time in the gym.
As the new season approaches, David Maestre feels stronger and more confident than ever. "Staying healthy is key to long-term success," he said. With his focus on durability, David Maestre seems set to enter the season ready to perform.
