Harry Doyle League Central Division Champs Crowned: Great Blue Heron

The Great Blue Heron have won their division, but have a much larger goal in mind.
"No one will look back on this season and remember the Harry Doyle League Central Division champions. People will remember the World Series champions," said manager Tom LeSaffre. "That's what this is all about, but of course we needed this first to get there."
The club's division win is the 9th for the franchise and they will be seeking their 1st World Series.

Rockets Headed to the Postseason

The Puerto Rico Rockets are heading to the postseason. The fate of the Harry Doyle League South Division still remains to be decided, but Puerto Rico has now mathematically played themselves into a playoff position.

SP Tokar Inks Extension

Fans hailed the signing of Heitor Tokar today as the Big Sky Bigfoots starting pitcher came to terms with the club.
Set to make $86,000,000 over the upcoming 5 years, Tokar signed primarily out of loyalty to the organization, thrilling the most diehard supporters who think there isn't much loyalty in a market driven by free agency.
For the year, Tokar has a 11-4 record with a 3.99 ERA in 28 starts.
