5-for-6 Day for Pagan Monday, June 12th , 2045 Daytona Tortugas shortstop Marco Pagan went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels for 5 hits to help Daytona win, 18-7, over Fort Myers at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. Marco Pagan singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Mike Parks in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Bob Borak in the 8th. So far this season, Pagan has gotten 87 hits in 236 at-bats for a .369 batting average with 12 home runs. His stats include 41 RBIs and 46 runs scored. He has played in 54 games. |
