Osorio Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Sunday, May 10th , 2043 Ruben Osorio ran his hitting streak to 20 straight games at Dodger Stadium, when he collected 1 hit in 2 at-bats. The feat came, however, as the Los Angeles Dodgers dropped the game, 8-1, to the Miami Marlins. "Hey, the streak is great -- I hope it never ends," Osorio said later. "But I'm not happy to lose the game." Ruben Osorio grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 4th and walked in the 7th. So far this year, Osorio has hit .361 with 6 home runs, 25 RBIs and 30 runs scored. |
