Rehab Road Tough for Pirates Adan Barreda

It was learned today in Pittsburgh that center fielder Adan Barreda would miss more time because his recovery from a torn posterior cruciate ligament was not going as well as expected. The Pirates, however, were quick to relay that the setback did not seem to be serious and that Barreda would only miss 2-3 months more.
Over his career Barreda is batting .273 with 109 doubles, 23 triples, 108 home runs, 321 RBIs and scored 316 runs in 508 games.
