Ringelstetter Fires No-Hitter Against Boston
Cleveland is abuzz in the wake of a masterful no-hitter by Jon Ringelstetter.

The 29-year-old hurler was dominating against the Boston Red Sox, leading the Guardians to a 4-0 win at Progressive Field.

"I could tell early on that it was going to be a long day for us," Boston manager Barry L said afterward. "He made us look real bad. He was that good. And still going strong at the end of the game."

Ringelstetter had 10 strikeouts and gave up 1 walk en route to the no-hitter.

"Yeah, this was a special day for me," Ringelstetter said. "I had my good stuff and good movement. Good location, too. Even when I made a mistake, I got away with it today."

This season, Ringelstetter has a 10-4 record with a 3.37 ERA in 30 starts.
