Johnsen Goes on Rampage Against Pirates
6 times is the charm -- at least for R.J. Johnsen.

The New York Mets catcher tore up the Pittsburgh Pirates to the tune of 6 hits in 6 at-bats at PNC Park. The offensive onslaught from Johnsen powered the 17-5 Mets win.

"Johnsen was a tough out," Pittsburgh manager Matt Asbury said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

R.J. Johnsen singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a three-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off David Estrada in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.

Thus far this season, Johnsen has hit .277 with 7 home runs, 29 RBIs and scored 22 times.
