Fridel Schools Cleveland in 4-0 Chicago Triumph
|
Kevin Fridel, who is a two-time All-Star, never let the Guardians get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his splitter, to pitch the White Sox to a win, 4-0. With the win, the White Sox improved to 21-37.
Fridel delivered a quality start for Chicago. The 5-foot-11 left-hander allowed no earned runs on 4 hits over 7 innings of work.
"We played a good game and came out on top," said Fridel.
