Doolin Halts Torres's Hitting Steak Tuesday, June 27th , 2051 After 22 games, Starachowice catcher Jose Torres saw his hitting streak end when he went hitless in 3 at-bats. However, the Sun Kings still managed to take the win, topping the Doolin Fiddlers, 6-3, at Sun Kings Grounds. "It was a good run," Torres said after the game. "It was bound to end at some point.
