Great Stroke: Ambriz Gets 5 Hits Monday, May 15th , 2051 Marcos Ambriz had an answer for everything the Buciumeni Jaspers threw at him at Jets Park. The Jyväskylä first baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Jets a win, 11-1. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Ambriz said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Marcos Ambriz singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. Thus far this year, Ambriz has hit .449 with 4 home runs and 24 RBIs. |
