Division 1 Title Goes to Alps

The Innsbruck Alps have won the Division 1.
"We made it. Everything we talked about doing in spring training has come true so far," said Basile Macciocchi. "We're not done though, there's still a larger goal in mind."
Innsbruck has a record of 90-41 record and will by vying for their 7th World Series. It was the club's 15th Division 1 title.
"You never get sick of celebrating something like this," said starting pitcher Alexis Alonzo.

Kac Starter August's Best Pitcher

Franz Holzer dazzled opponents on his way to the Sub League 2 Pitcher of the Month award for August.
Posting a 5-1 record and a 2.45 ERA, the Kac Gems starter held opposing hitters to a .252 batting average while striking out 28 in 36.2 innings and giving up 7 walks.
To date this season, Holzer has registered 24 starts, 15-3 won-lost mark, 2.48 ERA, 156.1 IP, 118 strikeouts and 39 walks. Opposing teams have hit .226 against him.
