Kyiv Reapers starter Pavlov Jivulin pitched his team past the Berlin Bats, 1-0. Thadzieusz Wieczorek closed the door for Kyiv, picking up his 30th save of the year. Kyiv is now 73-81.
Kyiv starter Pavlov Jivulin showed the eye of a tiger. The right-hander allowed no runs, while limiting Berlin to 3 hits over 8 innings. He was tough to hit.
"Pavlov did a tremendous job," said Kyiv manager Rybycane Smith.
