Kyiv Bats Cold in 4-0 Loss
|
The Kyiv Reapers were defeated, 4-0, by the Warsaw Waves at Olympiyskiy, even though Han Shui pitched well for Kyiv. Warsaw has now won 5 games in a row.
Derry Prentice, who is tied for 3rd in the EB in total bases with 100, had a direct impact on the outcome. Prentice contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fifth inning to put Warsaw up, 1-0.
