Highlanders Walk Off with 2-1 Win
Highland Hearth was rocking after an exciting Highlanders win.

The Edinburgh Highlanders earned a win at Highland Hearth, leveling the Iceland Vikings, 2-1, in 11. Aybars Rüstü, who finished 5th in the WB in innings pitched with 207.1 in 2047, played a big role in his team's success. Hoffman Fisher, 3-4, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings.

Gerald Rhodes delivered a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the 11th to win it for the Highlanders. For the game, Rhodes was 1 for 4 with a hit by pitch.

"The fans pay the tickets and help us do what we do, so we like to put on a show for them," Rhodes told the Edinburgh News.

The first-place Highlanders now have a record of 57-48.
