Shinas Blasts Wolves, Vikings Take Game 1, 7-3
The Iceland Vikings started the Chaos Series in style, winning on the road against the Rome Wolves at Colosseum by a score of 7-3 to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Vikings right fielder Andrew Shinas excelled. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

Shinas had a consequential at-bat in the top of the fourth for the Vikings. Coming up with a runner on 2nd and Iceland trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run.

"Pleased with the effort and the win," said Vikings manager caught amissingno.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Colosseum in Rome.
