Gulfport Hot Streak Continues with 2-1 Win
The Diamondhead Dodgers extended their losing streak with a defeat by the Gulfport Seamen.

In a low-scoring tilt between the Gulfport Seamen and the Diamondhead Dodgers, Keith Olson, who is tied for 4th in the GCML in quality starts with 7, was the difference-maker. The Gulfport right-hander spearheaded the 2-1 win. Olson got the win, improving to 5-2. He gave up 5 hits and walked 1 over 6.2 innings. He allowed 1 run.

With two out in the bottom of the sixth, Michael Aunkst put Gulfport in front, 2-0, with a run-scoring single. The Seamen went on to win the ballgame.

"We're in a funk right now," said Diamondhead skipper .
