American Conference's Best Batter Announced Monday, July 28th , 2042 Chris Bowers of the Iowa Cubs was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Bowers put up some great numbers and hauled in the American Conference Player of the Week trophy. He hit .433 with 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. The 26-year-old third baseman also scored 4 runs and for the week went 13-for-30. This year, Bowers has hit 3 home runs and posted a .296 batting average. |
