The votes have been tallied and the winner of the Low-A Southeast Most Valuable Player Award has been named. It was awarded today to Gabe Gerdes from Clearwater for his great year at the plate.

He put up some impressive numbers, including a .316 batting average and a .381 on-base percentage this year while racking up 25 doubles, 6 triples, 21 home runs, 70 RBIs and 81 runs scored.
