Going! Going! Gone! Pensacola Fires Manager Harris

Mitch Harris has managed his last game with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
Harris met with team officials yesterday and his termination was officially announced today in a prepared statement from club general manager Joe Unknown.
"Mitch Harris has done an admirable job here, but I think it's time to go in another direction," the statement read. "At the end of the day, we just aren't getting the results we want with Mitch and at this point we're willing to try to turn things around with a new manager."
A replacement has yet to be named, but a decision is expected to come forward shortly.
Team owner The owner of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos told BNN that the team had only been contemplating a managerial shift in the past week. Harris left the clubhouse quietly upon learning the news and refused to comment when pressed by reporters.
