Morrow Goes 5-for-5 Friday, July 30th , 2032 Joel Morrow was unstoppable, but the Chicago White Sox were not. Despite his hitting heroics at Guaranteed Rate Field today, the White Sox lost 10-7 to the Kansas City Royals. Morrow battered Kansas City for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His only consolation will be a boost in his batting average and a brief mention in the record book. Morrow just shook his head after the game, telling BNN reporters, "It's the team with the most runs that wins, not the most hits." Joel Morrow singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jesus Cabassa in the 9th.
