Barcenas Socks It to DBacks, Cracks 5 Hits Thursday, July 13th , 2045 It was a parade of hits for Javy Barcenas of the New York A W (GCL) Yankees West at Anchorage Grounds. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Barcenas finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Yankees West to a win, 28-11. "Barcenas was really good and we were really bad," groaned DBacks manager Austin Bossart. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
