GCL News: Development Facilities Open
Tuesday, September 13th , 2039
With the season over and the final out recorded, teams are already looking towards the next year. Coaches, trainers, and staff are up the next day at the crack of dawn, moving pitching mounds into place, setting up equipment, loosening their arms, and prepping plans for the players they will be working with. With the doors of their development complexes open, organizations can now send players to their facility for personalized offseason work, in order to improve specific aspects of their game.

You can find the screen for the development facility on the team's development tab, all the rules are properly explained there.
GCL Headline News: The Offseason Begins
Tuesday, September 13th , 2039
The 2039 season has come to a close and the offseason has begun. Gulf Coast Rookie League fans are all too willing to entertain fantastic trade scenarios or shoot the breeze about their team's prospects for next season. But they really don't like the offseason, because the offseason means waiting. That star player who might be snagged in a blockbuster deal won't don his new team's uniform, step into the box or hurl a fastball down the pipe for many months yet. The next months will provide a different sort of activity, though, as teams reassess and retool for the coming campaign.

You may now vote for the league award winners, the option is available in the league menu.
