FSL Names Best Player Monday, May 14th , 2035 Domingo Castro is respected by most Tampa Tarpons fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Florida State League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .407 average (11-for-27) with 4 home runs, 14 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year, Castro has hit at a .276 pace and produced 27 RBIs, 7 home runs and scored 14 runs. |
