Luis Zamora Injured, Out for Season Tuesday, June 15th , 2032 The doctors have spoken and Luis Zamora of the Chicago A (DSL) White Sox didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Zamora sustained his season-ending injury during the Kansas City (DSL) Royals game yesterday at Kansas City Royals Complex. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Chicago A (DSL) medical staff reported Zamora had a torn back muscle and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months. |
