5-Hit Blitz by Louisville's Shui Thursday, June 28th , 2035 Marty Shui exploded for a barrage of base hits at CHS Field. The Louisville left fielder had a field day in his team's 11-8 triumph over the St. Paul Saints, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Shui must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Marty Shui tripled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 7th and singled in the 8th. View Boxscore View Game Log |
