Rangers Collect 3-2 Win Over Yankees
The Texas Rangers did just enough to nip the New York Yankees, 3-2, in 11 innings. Texas left fielder Alex Stanwich, in particular, had a standout performance. Texas reliever Dillon Tate picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Katsuhiko Kasai took the loss. The Rangers, now 16-9, have been playing some good baseball.

Texas got a clutch hit from Pete Crow-Armstrong. The center fielder launched a solo home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant T.J. Rivera, the Texas manager.
