Palmer Hits 2 home runs in Saints Win
The St. Paul Saints beat the Louisville Bats, 13-7, at CHS Field. Chad Palmer was 4 for 5 with 2 home runs and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. The 25-year old center fielder was a menace to Louisville all day. Alan Shulkin earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3.1 innings. He upped his record to 1-0. Louisville is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.
