Threshers Score Decisive 9-2 Win Over Flying Tigers
The Clearwater Threshers finished off the Lakeland Flying Tigers, 9-2. Much of the credit belonged to second baseman Steve Scipio. Scipio was 1-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Threshers. Billy Howell, the winner, is now 3-5.
