The Midland RockHounds marched over the Amarillo Sod Poodles, 19-4, at Momentum Bank Ballpark. Jesus Superlano, who is tied for 4th in the with a .965 OPS, led the charge. He was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 6. The RockHounds bumped their record to 42-33 with this win.

With Midland leading 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Superlano hit a fastball from Tim Swarthout for a 2-run home run. It was his 23rd home run of the season and put the RockHounds ahead, 3-0.

"It's always fun to score a lot of runs," said Superlano.
