Momentum Bank Ballpark hosted a real pitchers' duel.

The Midland RockHounds picked up a win at Momentum Bank Ballpark, courtesy of Gimy Rojas. The right-hander helped his team stop the Amarillo Sod Poodles, 2-0. Getting the save was Wilfredo Ledesma, his 11th.

Rojas gave Midland a solid start. The right-hander, who is listed at 6' 0", 200 lbs, allowed no runs on 6 hits over 8 innings.

"Gimy didn't beat around the bush," said Midland field general Aaron Miles. "He was all business."

Midland's record now stands at 39-31, placing them third in the South Division.
