Marquis Crumel never let San Antonio get something going. The Midland right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the RockHounds to a 4-1 win. The third-place RockHounds lifted their record to 21-17.

The decisive blow was delivered by Mason Neville in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off 23-year old right-handed pitcher Juan Padilla to win the game for Midland. The home crowd went nuts.

Neville said his team "played with determination."
