The Rocket City Trash Pandas overcame a good performance by Biloxi second baseman Sam Pacifico to knock off Biloxi, 6-5, at Toyota Field. Pacifico went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Ignacio Hinojosa, credited with the save, is now 11 for 13 in save opportunities. With the win, the Trash Pandas have a record of 42-18.

Alfredo Delgado went 1-3. He drove in 3 runs for Rocket City. The 25-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Ramiro Ybarra. It was his 16th RBI of the season.

In postgame comments to the Rocket City News, Delgado said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
