Rocket City Trash Pandas starter Luis Garza was in the groove. He led his team to a win over the Birmingham Barons, 3-2. The Trash Pandas improved their record to 25-28 with the win over Birmingham.

Rocket City used the timely hitting of Maximillan Garn to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Trash Pandas on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Winning makes the heart grow fonder -- for more winning," said Garza, cracking a smile.
