Alvin Aaron left his imprint on the 13-11 Toledo win against the Louisville Bats. Aaron hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 5. The Mud Hens, at 38-50, sit in 9th place in the West Division.

In the top of the seventh, the Mud Hens grabbed the lead when Aaron hit his 7th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Lauro DiGiovine made it 13-10, Toledo.
