A good performance from second baseman John Samuel Abraham helped the Omaha Storm Chasers defeat the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, 6-5. Abraham slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Storm Chasers. The Storm Chasers move to 22-31 with the win, while the Jumbo Shrimp drop to 30-23.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Vidal Bruján? The 34-year old second baseman Bruján stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put Omaha up, 6-5. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.

"Sometimes winning takes more than 27 outs," said Storm Chasers manager Richard Betemit.
