Despite a great performance by El Paso first baseman Jorge Carrasco, the Oklahoma City Dodgers defeated the Chihuahuas by the score of 8-5 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Carrasco was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Oklahoma City is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 10th in 29 games.

Oklahoma City took the lead, 8-5, on Jayden Stroman's 3rd home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off El Paso pitcher Alex Ayala Jr. in the bottom of the seventh.

"We'll build on this win," said Stroman.
