The Cleveland Guardians scooped up a win at Progressive Field, dumping the Baltimore Orioles, 2-0. Kevin Shawver, who leads the AL in complete games with 1, was essential to his team's success. Today's win puts Cleveland at 35-44, while Baltimore falls to 37-42.

The decisive blow was delivered by Luis Estrada in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 29-year old left-handed pitcher Josh Caliguire to win the game for Cleveland. The home crowd went nuts.

Shawver attributed the win to "making big pitches in big moments."
