Astros Stay Hot with Extra-Inning Win
Despite a middling performance by starting pitcher Kendry Rojas, the Houston Astros prevailed, beating the Milwaukee Brewers, 9-6, at American Family Field. Houston pitcher Jorge Castillo earned the win, hiking his record to 3-0. Dan Killings suffered the loss. The second-place Astros have won 5 consecutive games.

Houston needed the clutch hitting of Chris Byrne to notch the win. The second baseman hammered a solo home run in the top of the 14th inning to put the Astros on top, 7-6. For the game, Byrne had 1 home run and 1 single in 7 at-bats.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Rojas after the game.
