Cincinnati (DSL) designated hitter Eddie Giggey picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Miami (DSL) Marlins, 8-7. Cincinnati (DSL) pitcher Eric Nixon got the win, upping his record to 2-0. David Mendoza got the loss. Chris Thurber was credited with the save for Cincinnati (DSL), his 9th of the season.
