The Bowie Baysox picked up a win at The Diamond, knocking off the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 6-4, in 10 innings. Starting pitcher Kymani Prescod played a key role in the conquest. Bowie is now 11-10.

Bowie needed the clutch hitting of Erik McDonald to notch the win. The center fielder hammered a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Baysox on top, 5-4. For the game, McDonald had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.

"It was terrific getting this win," Prescod said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
