Lugnuts Take Tight Tangle
The Fort Wayne TinCaps could not turn a fine performance from pitcher David Milian into a win. Instead, the Lansing Lugnuts prevailed, 3-2. Milian threw 6.0 innings of 2-hit ball. Lansing reliever Alejandro Troncoso picked up the win, upping his record to 8-4. Jesus Segura took the loss. Lansing improves to 78-46 with the win. They lead their division by 10½ games.

Mike Burich delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Lugnuts. For the game, Burich drew 1 walk in his only trip to the plate.

"It was bedlam at the end," Burich said.
