Clinkscales goes 4-for-5, Arkansas Gets 8-4 Victory
The Arkansas Travelers powered past the Amarillo Sod Poodles, 8-4, at Hodgetown. Chris Clinkscales provided some of the pop. Crab was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. With the win, Arkansas raised its record to 70-65.

Arkansas used a well-timed hit by Josh Venable to capture the win. The left fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Travelers ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Clinkscales.
