Season Over for Megias Friday, August 22nd , 2025 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Jersey Shore BlueClaws: starting pitcher Mitch Megias is out for the year. Megias suffered a damaged elbow ligament on 08/20/2025. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. To date this season, Megias has registered 20 starts, 8-6 won-lost mark, 3.88 ERA, 106.2 IP, 115 strikeouts and 57 walks. Opposing teams have hit .247 against him. |
